Anne 1st October 2010

My sons were (and still are) very special to me so what better start could they have had than starting school life with Margaret? She made each one of them feel very special and develop as individuals. So many fond memories like singing 'Let's make a spell' or 'When a dinosaur's feeling hungry' the books which she brought alive and are still on our bookshelf today(We're going on a Bearhunt, The Jigaree and Little Rabbit Foo Foo), dashing over to her house, whilst having fun in Bradgate Park, to pick up the ice lollies from her freezer and walking down the corridor with a clinging child nestled on her hip! I wish every school year could have been as much fun as you provided for them but at least you gave them that firm foundation. How pleased I am that I had the chance to talk to you just 2 weeks ago and enquire how retirement was going-sadly cut too short.Thankfully you'd had a good year, you were happy and smiling an image which will stay with me. Fondest memories, love from Anne, Steve, James, Tom and Jacob Nelson. xxxx
