the one thing that made mountfields lodge was mrs rogers. she was the life and soul of the school and not one person who was somehow involved with mountfields, either having attended it, had a child who went there, or worked there in one form or another, would not know her and fondly remember her. without mrs rogers i know that my primary school would not have been half as unforgettable. one thing i always remember of her was that she always got me and my best friend grace's named mixed up, even when i went back a few years after i left and wasnt even with grace. the thought of mrs rogers always brings a smile to my face and when i heard the news i was deeply saddened. the one thing that i know however is that she will never be forgotten and that everyone else will smile as i do when they think of her. to me she was mountfields, she always had a smile on her face and was ready for a cuddle if you ever needed one. by far the most memorable teacher of my school life and i am more than honoured to have been taught by her. my thoughts go out to all of her family
